Nifty futures tips : Today, The S&P BSE Sensex recovered losses after going down as much as 133 pts in opening trade following muted trend seen in other Asian markets. The fall in the index was led by losses in TCS, HDFC, ICICI Bank and Infosys.
The 50-share Nifty index was trading near to its critical psychological support level of 8,100, weighed down by losses in IT, auto, consumer durable, banks and metal stocks.
The shares of DCB Bank plunged 20 per-cent on negative management commentary. Shipping Corporation of India's shares surged over 8 per-cent while that of ZEE Entertainment fell over 2 per-cent.
