Stock market : Bajaj Finance have had yet another rollicking year

http://www.researchvia.com/free-trials/

Bajaj Finserv and its listed subsidiary Bajaj Finance have had yet another rollicking year, both in terms of business and share price performance, and MD Sanjiv Bajaj said that he plans to do the same thing he's done for years in 2016 too.

Approx last seven-eight years, we've followed a consistent technique of being a diversified consumer lender. This doesn't change going into next year," Bajaj told in an interview, even as that gives little away in explaining the companies' robust performance over the session.

At an instance, Bajaj FinServ shares, which accumulates the insurance vertical, have lifted up about 50 per-cent over the last year while Bajaj Finance is up about 78 per-cent over the same period.

This was a follow-up from superlative performances in previous years, with both stocks being multibaggers. Talking about Bajaj Finance, the MD told the company is targeting growth of around 20-25 per-cent annualized over the up coming few years.

Today we can expect Nifty to surge 23 Dec, 2015

http://www.researchvia.com/nifty-futures/

Those with a stomach for risk would play a risky Nifty options strategy in the present month on the premise that the index would elevate by 1.5 per-cent from yesterday's closing over the next six days after having held above 7700, the base level at which many traders have sold puts (1 Nifty option lot = 75 shares).

The call ratio strategy comprises buying one 7800 call & selling two 7900 calls to decrease the price of the former.

At yesterday's closing you would pay Rs 47 each 7800 share & get Rs 17 per 7900 share, cutting the net cost of the long option to 13 rs since you sell two calls of 7900 for Rs 34. The TGT(target) is Rs 7917 by the end of the existing series. You profit if Nifty close between 7813 (lower breakeven point) and 7917 (upper BEP). Max profit is Rs 104 & loss Rs 13, or a 1:8 risk return strategy. You lost 13 rs if Nifty ends below 7813. But above 7917, your losses deepen since you've sold two 7900 calls.

Nifty option: Fed rate increase fears, Rupee went down 15 Dec, 2015

http://www.researchvia.com/stock-options/

The rupee tumbled on yesterday, weakening to a 2-year low, due to concerns that an expected Fed rate increase will lead to uncontrollable of dollars from the market.

Those fears couldn't be assuaged even by crude sliding to a 6-year record in New York, although the INR(rupee) has done better than others against the  currency of United States. The stock markets seemed more sanguine, the Sensex closing marginally up.

Raghuram Rajan, RBI Governor said on Friday last week that "we're prepared for any eventuality" with reference to a Fed rate increase.

He'll be encouraged no doubt by Nov consumer inflation at 5.41%, still below the RBI TGT(target). Fitch regained India's sovereign rating and told the economy will continue to post better growth despite subdued prospects for the Asia-Pacific area.
